Immigration Attorney Services
Contrary to popular belief, hiring a candidate with visa issue such as a J1 or H1 does not have to be daunting. By partnering with an immigration attorney that has years of experience throughout the US, we have streemlined the process for you.
Once hired, the waiver petition can typically be submitted to the state for approval within 2 weeks.
And all member facilities of FQHCmd get a discounted rate.

The FQHCmd Discussion Board
The Discussion Board has been developed as an online community for FQHC's throughout the US. It is moderated by recruiting professionals, CHC administrators and immigration attorneys to be able to answer any questions that you might have.
Also, it can be used to keep in contact with other faciliteis throughout the US.
All FQHCmd member faciliites will recieve a username and password when signing up.

1. Download the Placement Agreement. Please click here. Sign your placement agreement and fax it back to us at 814-217-0408. Within 24 hours (in most cases this will be done within an hour of receipt) we will send you a User Name and Password to be able to Log In to the job board and discussion board. |

2. Log into the job board and list your opportunities. You can also give additional information about your health center if you choose. This is free and can be completed very quickly. You can list as many opportunities as you would like and there is never any cost. |

3. We will source and screen candidates. We will take the information you provided for us to match a qualified, interested candidate for your opportunities. If advertising is necessary, we do that. We have a data base of hundreds of physicians that is constantly updated that we can source from. You have to do nothing more. And there is no cost to you. |

4. Once sourced and screened, we will contact you and forward their CV. We will help in setting up the initial contact with the candidate and can even help you with travel arrangments for site visits.

5. If a job offer is going to be made, we will perform a background check, check references, and also check the National Practice Database on the candidate at no cost to you and send you a detailed written report.
If the candidate has a visa issue (J1, H1, O1), we have on staff qualified immigration attorneys that can handle the paperwork at a discounted rate for CHC/FQHC members. This can be done timely and hassle free. |
