11. Who pays the legal fees in this instance?
That is a negotiation between the facility and the physician, but remember we are offering a very reduced rate for FQHC's.
12. How long does the approval process take for a visa issue?
You can figure that a visa issue will vary in time, depending on the state and program. A J-1 will take on average 6 to 7 months once a contract is signed. An H1 can take as little as 3 or 4 weeks.
13. Ok, you have source and screened candidates, presented them, checked their references, their background, and the National Practice Database. But I don't hire the candidate, then what?
We would want to find out why so we can incorporate into the seach parameters.
14. So what do I owe you?
Even though we have done all of that, if you do not hire a candidate that we provide, then you owe us nothing, zero, zilch.
15. Ok, let's say that I do hire a candidate that FQHCmd provides, how much do I owe you then? Recruiting fees are expensive and I think they average about $25,000 per candidate.
You are right, but are fee structure is different. You would owe us $5,000 when a candidate signs a contract with your facility and $5,000 when he/she actually starts to work for a total of $10,000
16. Really, that is low. Are there any other costs?
FQHCmd does not charge you anything more. Nothing hidden.
17. What happens if the physician does not work out?
We have a guarentee in the Placement Agreement that states: " In the event the physician terminates or for reasons beyond Client’s control, does not begin work within 12 months after he/she signs an employment agreement with Client Recruiter agrees to initiate a new search at no additional cost to Client."
