FQHCMD was developed by ML Healthcare, Inc. ML Healthcare, Inc. was a vision of two individuals, each bringing their unique skills and talents to helping out the ever growing needs of the CHC's/FQHC's community. The first, Mr. Joe Liszak, is currently a CEO of a CHC in Ohio and who sits on the board of a community hospital who has had the task of sourcing and recruiting physicians. The second, is Mr. Michael Mucci who is the President and Managing Partner of the Physician Resource Group, Inc which owns and operates Practice Find, LLC, the J1 Physician Network and Practice Seek, Inc.
The task was simple: To develop a cost effective, time effective and efficient way to source, recruit, screen and retain physicians into CHC/FQHC. Below please get to know our executive team as we want to be your partners in bringing physicians to your neighborhood.

Joe Liszak, Founding Partner
Joe Liszak is the Chief Executive Officer of a Community Health Center in Ohio. He has worked for the last 16 years in a FQHC conducting extensive searches for physician candidates to fill openings in his 7 sites. Frustrated by the candidates he received from recruiters who were not appropriate for an FQHC setting led him to partner with a well-known recruitment firm in Florida to change all that.

Michael Mucci, Founding Partner
Mike brings 25 years of business experience including almost ten years internationally. He has lived and worked in the
U.S.,
UK,
Mexico,
Zimbabwe, and
South Africa; and, he has led organizations either as president, CEO, or COO in such diverse industries as mining, manufacturing and retail. Some of his accomplishments include successful turnarounds in Mexican and
U.S. manufacturing companies and Zimbabwean mining and industrial organizations. Mr. Mucci was also part of a group that led a successful IPO of an industrial products company onto the Zimbabwean stock exchange, and part of a management buyout group that bought a
UK industrial company, with holdings in
England,
Mexico,
Chile and the
U.S. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Mucci has been seated on a number of Boards in the
U.S.,
U.K.,
Mexico and
Africa, including as chairman for two South African companies. He graduated in 1983 from the
Pennsylvania
State
University.

Sarah Wright, Lead Immigration Attoney
Sarah is a Seattle-based attorney who provides affordable and high-quality immigration legal services to foreign physicians seeking employment in the United States. Sarah graduated with a B.A. and M.Ed. from Boston College, and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Seattle University School of Law. Sarah has been practicing law since 2001, and is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Assocation. Sarah's husband is currently a medical resident at the University of Washington. Through the residency network, Sarah has assisted many foreign medical graduates understand the U.S. immigration process and medical community. Her unique understanding of the medical training process and immigration system gives her clients an advantage other lawyers cannot provide. Sarah serves individual physicians located throughout the United States with immigration needs. Her areas of practice include J-1 Waivers for FMGs, and H1-B Visas for Physicians
